Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial but we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Faktura isn't right for you, simply cancel within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
What does "Founding Member" actually mean?
The first 20 customers to start a paid plan get founding member pricing — locked in for as long as their subscription stays active. Even if we raise standard prices, your rate stays the same.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes — we ask for payment upfront, but your first 30 days are covered by our money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund you in full.
What if I go over my Starter plan's 10 invoice limit?
You'll be invited to upgrade to Freelance for unlimited invoices. Existing invoices stay accessible — we never lock you out of your data.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime, instantly. Founding rates apply to whichever tier you're on — so if you upgrade from Starter to Freelance, you pay the founding Freelance rate, not the standard one.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. All listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Luxembourg VAT (17%) is added at checkout. For EU business customers with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies.
Can I cancel anytime?
One click from your account settings. No questions, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Note: if you cancel as a founding member, the founding rate is no longer available when you return.
